Your journey begins in the warm and peaceful city of Aswan. After meeting your private guide and driver, you depart for the magical Temple of Philae, dedicated to the goddess Isis and reachable only by boat.
You then continue to the impressive High Dam, learning about Egypt’s modern engineering triumphs.
An optional lunch can be provided at a local restaurant before your private transfer back to your hotel.

Early morning, you depart for the legendary Abu Simbel Temples, located 300 km south of Aswan. These monumental temples, carved into the mountain by Ramses II, are among Egypt’s greatest architectural achievements.
After returning to Aswan, you check in onboard your luxury Dahabiya, where lunch will be served.
Your Dahabiya begins its graceful navigation toward Abou Stit Island, where you will enjoy a peaceful evening by the Nile.

Your sailing experience continues as the Dahabiya moves toward Kom Ombo, where you explore the unique double temple dedicated to Sobek, the crocodile god.
You then sail toward Gebel Abu Shehab, where you can enjoy a walk and possibly swim in the refreshing Nile waters.
The journey continues to Gebel Silsila, one of Egypt’s ancient sandstone quarries. Here you visit the small Horemheb Temple and walk among the historical quarry sites where stones for major temples were once carved.
After this rich morning of discovery, the Dahabiya navigates to the beautiful island of Basawo, where you will enjoy a serene evening surrounded by nature.

After breakfast, the Dahabiya sails from Basawo toward Edfu, home of the magnificent Temple of Horus, one of the best-preserved temples in Egypt.
After your guided visit, the boat continues navigating toward Esna, crossing the Esna Lock.
You spend your final night onboard, enjoying dinner and the gentle river breeze.

After disembarking in the morning, you travel from Esna to Luxor (about 60 km).
Upon arrival, you begin your exploration of the West Bank, visiting the legendary Valley of the Kings, the impressive Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, and the iconic Colossi of Memnon.
After your tour, you are transferred to your Luxor hotel for the night.

Your final day takes you to the East Bank of Luxor. Here you discover two of Egypt’s most grand monuments:

• Karnak Temple, the largest religious complex ever built
• Luxor Temple, beautifully aligned with the Avenue of Sphinxes

After your visit, you will be transferred back to your hotel in Luxor, marking the end of your Dahabiya journey.
